| 暨南大学医药生物技术研究开发中心 |
暨南大学医药生物技术研究开发中心成立于1999年，是专门从事基因工程药物、组织工程材料的研发及成果转化的科研实体，也是暨南大学科技产业的重要组成部份之一。作为承担单位先后被授予“教育部基因药物工程研究中心”和“广东省生物技术药物重点实验室”。2005年医药中心与其它研发单位共同申报了基因工程药物国家工程中心，并获国家发改委立项资助。
中心现有员工20余人，占地总面积1000 m2，其中实验室面积400 m2，参照GMP净化标准建设，配置有价值近500万元的仪器设备。现设有中心主要研究方向包括创伤修复分子机制研究、重组细胞因子药物研发、组织工程材料及医疗器械研发、抗病毒机理研究及药物的开发、生物保健类产品的研制等。中心承担国家和省部级以上科研项目20余项,申报发明专利20余项，专利授权4项,其中已成功转让2项；相关研究成果获得省市级以上奖项6项。
医药中心自成立以来坚持走产学研相结合的道路，在短短的五年期间取得了丰硕的成果。先后成功地自主研发了1个国家基因工程一类新药（rhaFGF）、1个国家三类器械。完成了2项专利成果的技术转让及产业化，直接收益超过1000万元。与众多知名企业的横向科研合作为中心迎接时代的挑战奠定了良好的基础。 |

The biopharmaceutical
R&D center of Jinan University ，established
in 1999,is a specialized research institute of the
science & technology industrial group of Jinan
University. Center of Genome Medicine of National
Education Department , Biological Technology and
Medicine Key Laboratory of Guangdong Province and
National Engineering Center for Genome Medicine
was carried by the center.
The center now possess more than 20 scientific research
staffs and occupies over 1000 m2 total area with
400 m2 GMP Laboratory. The total value of scientific
research equipment is over 5,000,000 Yuan . The
center contributes not only to the theoretical study
,such as molecular pharmacody and molecular mechanism
of injury repairing ,but also to the applied study
, such as the developing of gene medicine and medical
instrument of genetic engineering,etc.Since 1999,the
center has successfully conducted more than 20 national
and provincial scientific projects,comprising national
863 , 973 , nature fund and other key ones.The center
has applied for 20 invention patents, and obtained
4 patent license. Relative research fruits acquire
national technology progess,prize of chinese medicine,technology
progess of educational department etc.
In the research fruits transformation we also got
plenty of success ,which comprise the genetic engineering
new medicine of national first class-recombinant
human acidic fibroblast growth factor (rhaFGF) and
national third class medical instrument “Biological
active sponge”. Cooperation relationship with many
famous enterprises established a basement for the
center to face the challenge of the era.
